Always known on a international level for the promotion of fashion industry and design, Pitti Immagine produces trade shows and events that see their strength in the social and cultural significance and their research content. Around Pitti Immagine and Florence was born a fashion designer communities that are emerging both with their independent brands and as creative director of leading fashion houses. A new generation of young designers who demonstrate ability and value declining the Italian manufacturing culture, to which Pitti Immagine and Pitti Discovery Foundation, in collaboration with other institutions of the Italian and international fashion scene, are trying to give concrete support. L’Uomo Vogue is a fashion magazine created by Flavio Lucchini in 1967 as a supplement to Vogue Italia before it became a men’s magazine in its own right, published every month apart from the single May-June issue. The first issue of the year is launched in September. It was the first male fashion magazine for Condé Nast and it was the only one until foundation in the United States of Men's Vogue in September 2005.
